About The Role

  • 1.参与厂级制造系统数智化项目，负责制造系统疑难定位与攻坚；
  • 2.参与AMHS优化与提升、MMR Action和CrossFab Key Action推进与达成；
  • 3.参与制造系统和报表系统的迭代和升级（MES, RTD, MFGReport, Oracle, Excel等）。
  • 1.教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术等相关专业；
  • 2.行业与专业经验：5年以上半导体或相关行业生产相关工作经验，了解关键指标的计算逻辑（最好）；
  • 3.专业技能与资格：具备基本开发技能，例如Oracle、Python、C#等（至少一种）；具备项目推进经历（负责者），良好的组织和资源整合与调配能力；熟悉相关制造系统（MES、RTD、CDP、MFG Report等）的工作原理；
  • 4.其他要求：具备团队合作、沟通能力与责任感。
