About The Role

  • 1.负责EAP/RMS/FDC/R2R系统的稳定，能够解决用户提出或系统侦测到的问题；
  • 2.能够通过发生的问题，提出改善方案、开发高效工具，高效Support用户和生产 ；
  • 3.根据经验能够发现系统潜在的风险，提前识别系统风险，预防风险，解决风险，提升系统的稳定性 ；
  • 4.系统问题汇总追踪（a.掌握EES系统功能及具备产线运维知识, 报告整理 b. 具备EES系统高风险高频率问题整理, 能够合理分配任务的优先级）。
  • 1.学历：本科 英语：四级 专业：理工本科系毕业计算机相关专业, 具 IT 相关工作经验为佳；
  • 2.具有3年以上Java、C#、Vue等前后端开发经验 ；
  • 3.对EES(EAP/RMS/FDC/R2R)系统有一定了解最佳。
