About The Role

  1. 负责软件产品的全生命周期管理，制定产品路线图和版本迭代计划；
  • 2.分析市场需求，用户反馈，明确产品定位和差异化优势；
  • 3.挖掘用户需求价值，通过调研，分析等方式深入理解业务，提炼核心价值转化为需求并推动产品功能落地。
  • 1.本科及以上学历，计算机，软件工程，商业分析等相关专业优先；
  • 2.具备半导体行业经验【必要】或AI项目经验更优；
  • 3.3年以上软件产品经理经验，独立负责过至少1款大型制造系统或者AI项目成功上线的产品(需展示案例)；
  • 4.熟悉产品开发流程(敏捷/精益)，有0到1产品孵化经验更佳；
  • 5.工具能力：熟练使用Axure/Figma,Mind Manager,SQL(基础查询)，数据分析工具。
