About The Role

  1. 评估并优化先进技术节点下的存储器架构与方法学;
  2. 设计用于存储器产品的全定制IP电路;
  3. 对存储器功能与性能进行仿真、验证与分析;
  4. 主导版图设计与验证流程，包括布图规划、布局布线以及DRC/LVS检查;
  5. 为产品工程部门提供芯片调试支持.
  6. 全日制本科及以上学历，必须具备5年以上电路设计经验;
  7. 具备 DRAM及其他存储芯片产品设计与验证经验者优先;
  8. 深入理解数字/模拟电路及CMOS器件物理特性;
  9. 熟练使用Spectre、finesim、Hspice、Virtuoso、Calibre等EDA设计工具;
  10. 具有混合信号电路设计与验证经验，包括电路实现、时序分析与优化;
  11. 具备良好的团队协作精神与沟通能力;
  12. 学习能力强，在灵活动动态的环境中保持积极主动.
