About The Role

  • 1.Define DRAM product spec (DDR5/DDR6, LPDDR5X) for computing segments (PCs, servers, AI accelerators);
  • 2.Lead product Charter to project kick off, product definition and business plan, ROI analysis;
  • <3.As> the product owner to drive the product maximum value, define the right product spec and drive product on-time delivery;
  • 4.Develop GTM plan, sampling strategy and in charge of customer’s design in to production;
  • 5.Own marketing technical collateral like product introduction, datasheet, product roadmap, customer promotions;
  • 6.Own product life cycle management from product charter to EOL planning, EOL notice;
  • 7.Internal and external cross-functional team collaboration;
  • 8.Participate in NPI process for DRAM products, ensure all deliverables are met for each IPD phase.
  • 1.Master and above, in Electrical/Computer Engineering (MBA a plus);
  • 2.5 years & above in DRAM/semiconductor (product marketing or applications engineering);
  • 3.Familiar with JEDEC standards and computing platforms (Intel/AMD/ARM) ;
  • 4.Fluent English + presentation skills.
