About The Role

1.Wafer出货质量管理：主导Wafer出货质量管理，熟悉AQL基准，确保出货品质符合标准；
2.质量异常处理与闭环管理：独立完成质量相关异常处理的闭环管理，确保问题及时处置；
3.出货属性管理：负责Wafer出货属性的管理与维护；
4.出货QG管理：负责Wafer出货QG的管理，确保检查规范执行；
5.出货Recipe管理：负责出货Recipe的管理与优化，保障出货流程稳定。
1.教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，理工科专业；
2.行业与专业经验：具备3年及以上出货管理经验，有半导体行业AOI机台Recipe管理经验者优先；
3.其他要求：具备良好的跨部门沟通和协调能力，具备良好的团队合作精神。
