About The Role
- 1.理解和掌握DRAM的工作原理；
- 2.掌握DRAM的CP工程测试的能力；
- 3.与器件工程师和产品工程师合作，发现Chip中器件相关的低良率问题并解决；
- 4.开发新的产品/架构中Array的测试方法；
- 5.对测试中遇到问题需及时主动反应与沟通。
- 1.具有微电子，物理相关专业硕士研究生及以上学位；
- 2.具有半导体物理、器件物理的基础知识；
- 3.熟悉产品测试机台AdvanT5833或相似机台测试；
- 4.有芯片设计岗位相关工作经验优先；
- 5.较强的团队意识和快速反应能力；
- 6.熟悉Word/Excel/PPT/Linux/Unix。
