About The Role

  1. 产能规划：主导产能规划与评估，根据生产需求制定产能优化方案，确保资源合理配置；
  2. 设备及稼动率管理：监控设备稼动率，分析瓶颈环节并推动改善，提升设备使用效率；
  3. 预算编制与管控：制定并管控部门预算，跟踪预算执行情况，识别偏差并推动纠正；
  4. 成本与费用管控：分析成本构成与费用动态，提出降本措施并推动落地，控制运营成本；
  5. 物料需求规划：规划物料需求，监控物料库存与消耗节奏，保障生产连续性与成本平衡。
  6. 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，工业工程等相关专业；
  7. 专业技能与资格：英语四级及以上水平，具备IE工作所需的基础数据分析与建模能力；
  8. 行业与专业经验：从事IE工作两年以上，具有制造型企业产能规划或成本分析经验优先；
  9. 其他要求：逻辑思考能力佳，细心负责，具有良好的沟通协调能力。
