About The Role

  1. 系统数据支持：使用MES、YMS及其他特定软件或系统提供所需数据，解决相关生产问题。2. 非设备异常响应：及时响应非设备相关生产异常问题，如数量不一致、掉料、低良、混料等；调查偏差原因并确保遏制措施，根据需要对已发货产品进行隔离及控制。3. 共性问题的整理与优化：整理总结SBL/SYL共性问题，与工程师协作优化响应计划。4. 数据采集与验证：协助工程师进行数据采集与分析；跟进所有工程实验的工程批次验证（如测试时间减少、良率提升、加刷程序验证等）。5. 工程需求支援：执行批量管控及解禁批次、属性更改、借出及归还批次/机器等工程相关需求支援。6. 跨团队项目支持：跨职能团队合作提供质量提升、改善、周转时间减少等相关项目数据。
  2. 教育背景与专业知识：电气、电子工程、半导体、物理或材料相关专业。
  3. 其他要求：能适应上二休二轮班性质；具有优秀的故障排除和技术能力，能识别根本原因。
