About The Role
Consider joining the Pennex family as a CNC Department Lead in our York, PA location. The CNC Department Lead is responsible for running the CNC department. The CNC Department Lead programs and schedules the workflow, interprets blueprints, designs CNC programming, and sets up machines for production to meet customer specifications. This includes performing test runs and making adjustments to ensure customer satisfaction with parts. As such CNC programming is a REQUIREMENT.
