Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound call to clients and verify their profile and business information.
Communicate professionally and confidently in English as first preffered language.
Ask relevant questions, validate the information provided, and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Accurately record and update verified information in the CRM.
Follow the verification process and maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail.
Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging professionally with our key clients.
Ability to assess information, identify inconsistencies, and ask appropriate follow-up questions.
Good documentation skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
