Medical Billing Specialist (Dental-to-Medical Billing)

We’re hiring an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to support our client, an established dental practice, in a fully remote capacity. If you have a strong background in medical insurance billing, especially for dental procedures, we’d love to hear from you.

Work Schedule: Remote, EST Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medical insurance coverage for dental implants, CT/CBCT scans, and mandibular advancement devices

• Contact insurance companies to confirm benefits, coverage, and authorization requirements

• Assist with medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and insurance claims

• Work closely with the dental billing team and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records
  
  

Job requirements

• Experience with US medical insurance billing and insurance verification

• Knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and claims processing

• Experience with dental-to-medical billing (Strongly Preferred)

• Familiarity with Dentrix (Preferred)

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and available to work EST hours
