Expansion Intern (Austria / Netherlands)

Join trawa, a fast-growing energy platform, as an Expansion Intern. You'll play a key role in taking trawa into new markets, specifically Austria and the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include researching competitors, tracking legal and regulatory updates, supporting product rollouts, and collaborating with leadership. This is a hands-on opportunity to experience what it means to be an operator in the energy transition.

• Assist in scaling the Austrian market by speeding up growth, sharpening local positioning, and turning the presence into a success story.
• Help lay the foundations for the Dutch market entry by understanding the market, positioning the company, supporting sales, and preparing for launch.
• Conduct research on competitors, define strategies for market success, and support early customer acquisition to drive local growth.

• You have a strong track record. Analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and a high degree of independence set you apart
• Advanced Bachelor's student, in your gap year, Master's student, or recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements
• You’re highly motivated, hands-on, and eager to take real responsibility
• You have first practical experience in a dynamic startup, top-tier strategy consultancy or investment banking
• You're curious about the energy transition and are not scared of legal texts
• Austrian team: You are fluent in English and German (C1 or higher), and you're based in or willing to move to Berlin
• Dutch team: You are fluent in English, German and Dutch are a plus, and you're based in or willing to move to Amsterdam
