About The Role

Join Mistral, a leading AI solutions provider, as a People Tech & Analytics Engineer. In this role, you will build and maintain systems, data pipelines, and automations that drive People Operations. You will work closely with HR systems, data visualization tools, and automation workflows. This is an individual contributor role for someone passionate about building and delivering meaningful automation outcomes.

Construire, maintenir et dépanner les intégrations et les pipelines de données entre les systèmes RH.
Mettre en œuvre et faire évoluer la couche de visualisation Metabase de notre lac de données sur les personnes.
Concevoir, construire, tester et documenter des workflows automatisés, principalement avec les modèles, agents et API de Mistral.
