Senior Full-Stack Developer

• Concevoir, construire et expédier des fonctionnalités qui impactent directement l'engagement des équipes commerciales pharmaceutiques avec les professionnels de la santé.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, design et ingénierie ML pour résoudre des problèmes complexes et aider à donner vie à notre plateforme alimentée par l'IA.
• Posséder des capacités de produit significatives de bout en bout, de la définition du problème à la conception, à la mise en œuvre, au déploiement et à l'itération.

• Extensive experience designing and operating APIs or backend services (Python, TypeScript, or similar) under real production load
• A product-oriented mindset and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience guiding coding AI agents effectively, reviewing generated output, and retaining full ownership of the final implementation
• A track record of mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar on a team
• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with significant ownership across frontend and backend systems and at least one experience leading a project with limited supervision
• Strong engineering fundamentals modular design, testing, and maintainable code paired with the judgment to know when simplicity is right and when more rigor is needed
• Deep experience with React and TypeScript, plus a strong grasp of browser fundamentals, state management, and frontend performance
