About The Role

As a member of the Operations & Growth team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue performance and supporting strategic analysis.   • Run the weekly revenue forecast and track it against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Design and implement sales compensation plans, calculate commissions each month, and answer sales reps' questions.
  • Build, run and improve the monthly performance review with the CRO and Sales leaders.
