Enterprise Strategist

Join BrainStation as an Enterprise Strategist, where you will work with global organizations to transform for the AI era. You will help build organization-wide AI capability and support senior leaders in exploring digital and AI innovation opportunities. Your role will involve building relationships with C-suite executives, conducting current-state assessments, contributing to the design of target-state capabilities, and tracking the AI and digital landscape. This is a hybrid role with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration.

• Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders to facilitate strategic discussions on building enterprise-wide AI capabilities.
• Guide clients through opportunity discovery, keeping them informed and supported throughout the engagement, and helping identify areas for relationship growth.
• Contribute to the design of target-state capabilities, digital operating models, and ways of working, and help clients sequence the change into a credible transformation roadmap.

• Genuine enthusiasm for in-person work and collaboration; this role follows a hybrid model with four or more days per week in the office
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence, with experience working alongside senior stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements and workstreams concurrently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2–4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with exposure to enterprise or corporate clients; experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles is a plus
• A genuine and current interest in AI, digital technology, and how organizations transform their capabilities and operating models
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and communicate a clear point of view
• Willingness to travel globally for client work as required
