Social Media Strategist (League of Legends, 12-Month Contract)

Join Riot Games as a Social Media Strategist for League of Legends in EMEA. In this 12-month contract role, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful campaigns and content across all social channels. You will drive the success of regional and LEC social channels, provide social media expertise to local publishing teams, and contribute to EMEA-wide publishing campaigns. You will also track key performance indicators, support social media strategy at LEC events, and collaborate with global Riot teams.

• Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives across social channels.
• Drive the ongoing success and sustainable strategy for regional and LEC social channels, working closely with partner agencies.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media performance, delivering regular reports and actionable insights.

• Experience in a multinational environment, particularly in the EMEA region
• Global or regional experience working across multiple countries or markets
• Experience growing content pipelines, both in-house and with external agencies
• Knowledge of regional differences, target audiences, market sensitivities, cultural differences, and localisation
• Experience implementing successful communications campaigns with passionate audiences
• Fluency in an additional EMEA-relevant language: French, German, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, or Russian
• 5+ years of experience in social channel management at an agency or in-house in the video game, technology, or entertainment industry
• Fluent written and verbal English
