Associate Software Engineer (2027 Graduate Programme)

• Participer activement au développement de logiciels en travaillant sur des tâches bien définies, en collaborant avec des ingénieurs expérimentés et en apprenant à travers des retours d'expérience.
• Acquérir des compétences en codage, débogage, test et contrôle de version grâce à un travail pratique et concret, en prenant progressivement en charge des tâches plus complexes.
• Participer à la planification d'équipe, aux vérifications quotidiennes et aux rétrospectives, en apprenant comment les équipes collaborent, résolvent des problèmes et livrent des améliorations.

• Some experience of coding, testing or collaborative development through your studies, personal projects, an internship or another learning experience
• Curiosity, a willingness to ask questions and an openness to feedback
• A sense of ownership over your learning and assigned tasks, with the flexibility to adapt as you develop
• To have completed your qualification within the last two years, with no more than two years' experience in a related role
• Clear communication, a collaborative approach and an interest in the people who use what you build
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Java, Kotlin or JavaScript
• An awareness of concepts such as REST APIs and relational databases
• Third-level education in a related field, or a relevant certification supported by strong evidence of personal projects
• An understanding of programming fundamentals and object-oriented design
