Software Engineer - Agentic Solutions (CCO)

As a Software Engineer in the Agentic Solutions team, you'll design, build, and operate customer-facing AI agents and intelligent experiences. You'll work end-to-end, from understanding customer needs to measuring impact in production. This is a hands-on role for builders who love working with AI and want to see their work in front of real customers quickly.

• Own customer-facing solutions end to end - from understanding the customer need and defining the experience and success metrics, through design, build, and rollout, to measuring impact on resolution, adoption, and satisfaction.
• Design, build, and ship production-grade features across the stack: backend services, APIs and integrations into <monday.com> and third-party systems (ticketing, knowledge bases, CRM), and the UI customers interact with.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows using LLM APIs, agent frameworks, tool use / MCP, and the <monday.com> platform - and the infrastructure they run on: data access, tool layers, orchestration, observability.
