Equity manager

As an Equity Manager, you will be a critical member of the finance team, responsible for the end-to-end administration of global equity plans. You will prepare reports, ensure compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, and assist with employee inquiries. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience in global equity plan administration and strong analytical skills.

• Prepare monthly recurring and custom reports and reconciliations to ensure complete and accurate tracking of equity transactions.
• Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements, including all equity related filings.
• Partner with Corporate Legal and the designated broker to manage and track 10b5-1 plans.
