Recruitment Consultant - Spain

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as a Recruitment Consultant in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for high-velocity talent matching, commercial deal execution, and enterprise partnership. You will work closely with National and Global Account Managers to transform client project briefings into matched assignments. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the tech industry.

• Direct the full qualification and delivery cycle for the Spanish market by leveraging internal AI search tools and advanced screening techniques to identify and engage top-tier independent experts.
• Advise enterprise hiring managers on framing crisp technical briefings, while coaching freelance experts on profile positioning, rate expectations (TJM), and client interview success.
• Build a collaborative, strategic tandem with Account Managers (NAMs/GAMs) to identify expansion opportunities within existing Spanish Global and Enterprise accounts.
