Senior Regulatory Officer

Join Swan, Europe's embedded banking specialist, as a Senior Regulatory Officer. In this role, you will contribute to Swan's Compliance Framework, ensuring that business initiatives and product developments align with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams, the Risk team, and the Product team. This position is ideal for someone eager to develop expertise in banking regulation, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Advising Swan’s teams on all banking regulatory matters and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of partnership and supplier agreements, as well as the update of terms and conditions.
• Acting as a point of contact for the Risk team in managing the deployment and continuous improvement of Swan’s products.
