Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain embedded software components for automotive applications in compliance with industry standards such as AUTOSAR and ISO 26262. Lead software architecture discussions and contribute to system-level design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and quality assurance teams to integrate software modules seamlessly into vehicle systems. Develop and execute unit, integration, and system-level tests to validate software functionality and safety requirements. Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to foster team growth and maintain high-quality code standards. Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues, implementing robust solutions to enhance system stability and performance. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of software features. Document software designs, development processes, and testing procedures to maintain comprehensive project records and support regulatory compliance. Stay updated with emerging automotive software technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
