Legal Counsel

About this Position As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading the management and oversight of the organization’s wide-ranging contractual and operational strategy, with a high level of specialization in the core business. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements—including manufacturing, maquila, sales, supplier, advertising, marketing, and influencer partnership contracts—ensuring legal certainty, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across all of the company’s key operations.
