Internship 2027 for Plant Change & Project Delivery, Gas Transmission & Regasification, PETRONAS Gas Berhad, Gas & Maritime (Bachelor's in Electronic & Engineering)

1. Project Coordination & Progress Monitoring
- Assist the project team in monitoring PCPD GTR and SEROJA project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support preparation and updating of project trackers, progress reports, meeting minutes, and action-item lists.
- Follow up with team members on assigned actions and help maintain proper project documentation.

2. Project Documentation & Reporting Support
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documents, correspondence, technical submissions, and records.
- Support preparation of presentations, dashboards, weekly/monthly progress updates, and management reports.
- Help compile project information and data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

3. Project Execution & HSSE Support
- Support the project team in day-to-day project execution activities, including coordination with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
- Assist in tracking HSSE, quality, schedule, and project-related action items.
- Participate in relevant project meetings, site activities, and coordination sessions to gain practical exposure to project execution and HSSE requirements.
