Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer

Your job: Design, operate, and continuously improve our enterprise Identity & Access Management infrastructure Operate and integrate Identity Provider and authentication platforms, particularly: Microsoft Entra ID, SAP Cloud Identity Services, including Identity Authentication Service (IAS), PingOne, ADFS Design and maintain secure authentication and Single Sign-On solutions using technologies such as SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect and OAuth 2.0 Consult other teams how to integrate their applications into our Identity provider infrastructure Implement and maintain secure access models based on principles such as Zero Trust, least privilege and separation of administrative duties Participate in audits, security assessments, and the remediation of identified findings Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure reliable operation of business-critical identity services Your qualification: 5+ years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management, identity infrastructure, or IT security Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise authentication environments Good knowledge of at least one additional Identity Provider or federation platform, ideally PingOne or SAP Cloud Identity Services Good understanding of Active Directory, privileged administration, and enterprise security concepts Experience with PowerShell automation and web development with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and HTTP Ability to work independently and take technical ownership of complex topics Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Nice to Have: Experience with SCIM and automated identity provisioning Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Cloud Identity Services, including IAS, IPS, and Identity Directory Experience with security assessments, audits, or regulated enterprise environments Your benefits at a glance: Working model: hybrid, 1 day a week in office Culture: people-focused, strong team spirit Growth: trainings, global projects, expert collaboration Global Network: multiple cultures, language practice Additional: engaging events & sports, modern office, free parking. <perks.lt> app. You can find more detailed information about Festo as an employer here: <www.festo.com/career> We look forward to receiving your online application.
