As our Learning Partner, you would have the following responsibilities: You design and implement learning and development initiatives aligned with business priorities; You partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify capability development priorities and translate business challenges into learning solutions; You analyze learning needs and contribute to shaping the learning portfolio through data, trends, and stakeholder insights; You manage learning programs and assignments within our Learning Management System; You create and maintain engaging digital learning content using modern learning technologies; You leverage learning data and insights to evaluate impact, identify opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making; You support mandatory learning, governance, and compliance processes; You work closely with business leaders, HR colleagues, vendors, and educational partners; You contribute to learning innovation, AI-enabled learning solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives; You act as a change advocate, helping leaders and employees adopt new skills, technologies, and ways of working; You monitor developments in learning, AI, and talent development and bring forward ideas that enhance employee growth and organizational capability. You are a perfect fit for us if: You have several years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, talent development, consulting, organizational development, project management, or a similar field; You enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and building strong partnerships; You are curious, proactive, and eager to explore new approaches and technologies; You can work in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment; You are comfortable working with data and turning insights into actions; You take ownership and enjoy delivering practical solutions; You have a flexible mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
