Process Engineer

Zodpovedá za definovanie a realizovanie štandardu procesu v súlade s požiadavkami spoločnosti a schválenými Kĺúčovými ukazovateľmi/ metrikami. / Responsible to define and realize equipment standards (Process and Manufactures) that must be aligned to company standards defined according approved with KPI / metrics.

• Improve line efficiency (pph, CT)

• OEE, RTY daily/weekly/monthly monitoring, reporting and propose actions to improve

• Responsible for the first training to the production for the introduction of new product or process technology

• Lead of RPS by deep technical analyse and proposal to solve

• Partner with ME leaders for trouble shooting analysis for critical equipementand FMEA review

• Responsible for putting in place and check the documentation of processes and controls.

• Hand over for new equipement or specific operating supplies/tools/ spare

• CAR process realisation + weekly review

• Production cost reduction via A3/KE/6sigma
