Junior General Accountant

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of financial information across the entities under their oversight. Accountable for the timely and compliant preparation and issuance of financial statements in accordance with both U.S. GAAP and Mexican GAAP (MEX GAAP) requirements. Leads the governance and administration of general ledger account reconciliations, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely issuance of monthly reconciliation schedules and supporting documentation. Serves as the primary coordinator for internal and external audit engagements, facilitating effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring audit readiness, and driving the timely resolution of findings while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
