Systems Support Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Support Engineer to provide technical and operational support for complex, custom automated test systems deployed at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical resource, helping customers maximize system performance through troubleshooting, issue resolution, training, and ongoing consultation. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and program teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle of the system. As a key advocate for the customer, you will gather insights, communicate technical feedback, and help shape future solutions that improve reliability, serviceability, and overall system effectiveness.
