Protection and Migration Governance Policy Consultant

IOM implements protection programming in Lebanon to strengthen access to protection services, address protection risks, and promote the rights and protection of vulnerable populations, including migrants and individuals at risk of exploitation, abuse, and trafficking. Engagement with governmental stakeholders is essential to strengthening policy dialogue, promoting evidence-based approaches, and supporting the development and implementation of protection-related policies and practices. Key thematic areas include counter-trafficking, regularization and access to legal status, social protection, and other migration and protection-related policy priorities. Under the overall supervision of the Protection Programme Manager, the consultancy will provide specialised, time-bound technical and policy support to agreed protection and migration governance priorities.
