Director-Construction (JKT03)

Purpose of job The Director of Construction is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management for the construction delivery of data center projects. The role oversees project execution from preconstruction through commissioning and handover, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality, technical, contractual, and client requirements. The Director works closely with the client, developers, consultants, design teams, contractors, vendors, commissioning teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of critical data center infrastructure
