Job Track Description: Ideal candidate should have 4+ yrs. of strong IT technical sourcing experience Drive end-to-end technical sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, quick-TAT environment to deliver high-quality pipelines under tight deadlines. Partner closely with hiring managers and Business Unit (BU) leaders across diverse technical domains to align sourcing strategies with scaling goals. Utilize expert Boolean logic, X-ray searching, and data-driven methods to headhunt passive engineering, product, and leadership talent. Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, skillfully navigating and resolving complex compensation expectations, benefit packages, and competing offers. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle to ensure smooth handoffs between sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Leverage elite communication and convincing skills to pitch our employer value proposition, successfully engaging top-tier talent in competitive markets. Proactively diagnose bottlenecks in the sourcing funnel, executing data-driven solutions to optimize conversion rates and resolve placement hurdles. Perform ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and other duties as assigned to support shifting business priorities.
