Inverter Process Engineer

The Inverter Process Engineer support as the technical owner of a fully automated manufacturing line, ensuring process stability, capability, equipment reliability, standardization, and continuous improvement. The role starts since the launching of a new program and also along the lifecycle of a product, where provides technical leadership in troubleshooting, process optimization, engineering changes, quality improvement, and equipment/process validation while working closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Product Development, and Manufacturing Engineering. Hands-on experience or technical expertise in soldering processes, particularly selective soldering, is highly desirable.
