Sustainability Data & Systems Specialist

Own and develop the ESG software platform , supporting implementation, rollout, user management and continuous improvement. Integrate environmental, sustainability and ESG data from multiple sources into one centralized solution. Ensure data completeness and quality , resolving gaps and inconsistencies with relevant teams and data owners. Collaborate with Sustainability, IT, Finance, Procurement and Engineering to automate data flows and replace manual Excel processes . Support system testing, user training and reporting, including ESG data visualization and management reporting

Experience in data analysis, business analytics, reporting or process improvement. Exposure to ERP systems, business platforms or digital transformation projects. Experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Query or similar tools is an advantage. Understanding of data quality, governance or master data concepts is beneficial. Experience with sustainability or ESG is welcomed but not required.
