About The Role

Core Experience: 7+ years of dedicated data governance or data management experience, supported by a Bachelor’s degree. Purview Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring and administering Microsoft Purview (cataloging, classification, lineage, and business glossary). Governance Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of metadata management, data security, data quality concepts, and stewardship frameworks. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives and manage cross-functional stakeholders. Technical Tooling: High proficiency in documentation, PowerPoint, and Excel. Bonus Points (Preferred): Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Databricks services.

Work-Life Balance: Unlimited paid time off (PTO) in a trust-based work environment. Growth & Development: Sponsored professional certifications (e.g., DCAM, AWS) and structured functional rotations. An Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
