Academic background / Professional Experiences : Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Bar Supervisor or Assistant Bar Manager, ideally in a lifestyle hotel or high-volume bar. Excellent mixology skills and deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drink trends. Experience in team management and cost control. Knowledge of billing systems and cash management procedures. Languages : fluency in the local language, professional English and a 3rd language is a plus.
