Operation Manager

Eligibility

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelors from an HEC recognized institute/university JAIBP certified will be preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant banking experience and minimum 1 year as Operation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall supervision of all general operations of the branch.
• Ensure compliance to State Bank of Pakistan(SBP) and Meezan Bank’s internal policies and branch banking SOPs while processing any transactions/activity.
• Ensure compliance to all policies of Bank and Regulators by the branch staff.
• Ensure that the bank is not exposed to any unwarranted risk.
• Ensure maintenance of service standards & transactions TAT as per bank’s describe standards.

Skills Required:

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good knowledge of AML/CFT Regulations
• Fair knowledge of foreign exchange manual & customer on boarding framework.
