JOB TITLE: Nordic Center Host Volunteer
DIVISION: Mountain Operations
REPORTS TO: Nordic Center Manager
LOCATION: Solitude Mountain Resort
CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time/ Seasonal Volunteer

POSITION:
This is a volunteer position that has certain benefits available to those who commit to volunteering for at least 20 days during the winter recreational season. Hosts will provide positive contact between guests and the Solitude Mountain Resort. Hosts will work from the Nordic Center areas (mainly Village and Nordic Center) and Nordic and/or snowshoe trails to greet, inform and guide guests to services and facilities. Working on snow requires significant physical skills and awareness. Hosts may also be asked to work at various Nordic events throughout the season.
