Independent Recruitment Consultant (Commission-Only)

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and your own network
• Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against client requirements
• Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process
• Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to joining
• Maintain candidate records and updates in our ATS
• Bring your own candidates and, where possible, new client opportunities
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC
• Proven track record of closing positions
• Strong sourcing and search skills
• A strong candidate network in Dubai and the GCC
• Presentable, Should have Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid UAE residency, with a freelance permit or trade licence (or the ability to obtain one)
• Your own laptop, phone and internet connection
