Analyst - COO Office M/F

Join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as an Analyst for the COO Office of the Global Financing Division (GFD). You will work closely with the GFD Americas COO team, business lines, support functions, and the Global COO GFD team in Head Office. Your main responsibilities will include improving reporting processes, dashboards, and management tools, as well as onboarding teams in the practical use of generative AI tools.

• Structurer, automatiser et améliorer les processus de reporting, les tableaux de bord et les outils de gestion utilisés pour surveiller les activités de GFD.
• Accompagner les équipes de front office et de GFD dans l'utilisation pratique des outils d'IA générative.
• Organiser des sessions de sensibilisation et des ateliers pratiques, construire et maintenir un catalogue d'instructions utiles et de cas d'utilisation.
