Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technology Recruiter)

Join Mastercard's European Technology Talent Acquisition team as a Technology Recruiter. In this specialized role, you will focus on hiring engineers, product specialists, and technical experts. You will work closely with hiring managers across Europe, utilizing a skills-based approach and modern tools to achieve excellent hiring outcomes and create a memorable candidate experience. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end hiring, building talent pipelines, sourcing and engaging talent, and tracking hiring data. A good understanding of the Irish and European technology talent market is essential, along with experience in recruiting for technology roles.

• End-to-end ownership of the hiring process for specific technology job families, from intake to offer.
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for your job families, ensuring a continuous flow of candidates.
• Sourcing and engaging talent directly through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, and social media.

• Good understanding of the Irish and European technology talent market
• Experience recruiting for technology roles from start to finish, whether in-house, in an agency or both
• Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system is helpful but not essential
• Organised and able to manage several open roles at once with pace, accuracy and follow-through
• Comfortable using data to make decisions and share insights
• Confident sourcing people directly and building talent pipelines for technical roles
• Comfortable talking about technical skills with engineers and hiring managers. You don't need to be technical, just curious
• Open to using AI and new technology in your work
