About The Role
Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Beauty Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, staying updated on beauty and fragrance products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also execute sales plans, participate in marketing events, and communicate feedback to store management. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a passion for the retail industry, and strong knowledge of beauty and fragrance products.
- Responsible for the daily store operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a pleasant shopping experience.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty & fragrance products, tools, and trends, and educate customers on product usage.
- Execute sales plans and participate in marketing events and promotion programs relating to the Beauty and Fragrance metiers.
