Sourcing Lead

Join Kingfisher Sourcing Eastern Europe Sp. z o.o., a buying office of the Kingfisher Group, an international home improvement company. As a Sourcing Lead, you will be responsible for developing relationships with vendors, ensuring project milestones are met, and supporting the delivery of the category level vendor strategy. You will also manage forecasting and delivery of KPIs. Essential skills include attention to detail, excellent communication and influencing skills, experience in project management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors to deliver product development and margin plans.
• Ensure project milestones are delivered on time, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and guarantee compliance with Kingfisher sustainability policy.
• Support the delivery of the category level vendor strategy to ensure the buying office has the best possible chance of gaining group volume through competitive tenders.
