Test Maintenance Manager

Test maintenance and Engineering Management. Do 'whatever it takes' to meet or exceed our customers' expectation in compliance with the Quality Policy. Responsible for managing the maintenance area. Responsible for the execution of Tester build plan. Responsible to support Product Engineering for yield and process improvement of the specific technical area. Responsible to improve the efficiency of test area. Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule. Support test yield and testability enhancement project for all products. Authorized to stop any tester if the tester facing quality or safety issue. Performing any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time. Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task. Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
