About The Role

  1. 流程梳理和标准化落地，协助部门负责人梳理东南亚区域海运全链路操作流程，编制标准化作业SOP、关键节点检查清单及操作规范；
  2. 落地质量指标与辅助效能管控（准时率、差错率、time to close等）；
  3. 协助部门负责人统筹区域海运日常业务运作和管理，辅助支撑属地海运日常业务调度、进度跟进、口岸衔接等；
  4. 内外部跨国团队协同，跟进需求对接与问题联动处理，配合好内外部协同保障；
  5. 配合业务团队开展项目管理工作，协助方案操作维度的成本测算，提供交付风险管理支撑。
  1. 学历要求：本科及以上，国际商务、物流等相关专业优先；
  2. 工作经验：7年以上工作经验，其中至少3年供应链管理、项目管理或内控体系建设经验，具备跨国项目落地、多国家团队协同经验者优先。
  3. 专业能力：熟悉跨境物流业务模式；
  4. 素质：目标与结果导向、逻辑清晰、具备较强抗压能力，可接受出差和轮岗安排；
  5. 英语流利，可作为工作语言；
  6. 工作驻地在越南、马来西亚、泰国等国家公司。
