About The Role

  1. 负责 LTC 端到端流程体系建设、迭代优化，识别流程卡点痛点，输出并落地优化方案，持续提升流程运转效率与合规性；
  2. 负责 LTC 项目运营监控、风险识别与闭环管控；搭建运营指标体系，定期开展数据分析与业务复盘，推动跨部门协同改进，为业务管理提供决策支撑；
  3. 梳理 LTC 数字化需求，对接 IT 团队完成系统迭代与流程适配，持续优化系统体验，推动 LTC 业务流程数字化落地。
  1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上流程优化、业务运营、项目管理相关经验，熟悉 LTC 线索到回款全链路优先；
  2. 较强跨部门沟通协调、流程推动能力；
  3. 良好的数据处理、指标分析与复盘能力；
  4. 擅长复杂问题拆解、方案设计与落地推进；
  5. 熟悉 CRM、合同履约、项目管理类系统优先。
