About The Role

  1. 负责新产品全过程项目管理工作，包含预研、立项、开发、验证、试产、量产，直至产品EOL；
  2. 负责制定项目开发计划，实施全过程监控：风险把控，范围变更管理，进度计划管理，成本管理等。
  3. 负责协调资源，推动解决项目过程中遇到的各种问题及异常，确保项目各阶段目标达成预期。
  4. 负责协调处理项目开发过程中团队成员之间的矛盾或冲突。
  5. 负责开发过程中各种会议的组织
  6. 负责项目开发流程及相关子流程的建设或者优化。
  7. 上级领导安排的临时性的工作。
  1. 本科及以上学历（统招），专业不限
  2. 3年及以上独立承接新产品开发项目管理工作经验，带过智能硬件类产品优先。
  3. 良好的语言表达能力、沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力。
  4. 具有较强的责任心，较强的抗压能力；比较细心并有耐心。
  5. 具有大局意识，良好的团队精神
  6. 熟练掌控Excel,Word,PPT,Project，OA，PLM等办公软件及系统。
