About The Role
- 数据治理与财务分析：推进服务业务数据标准化与口径治理；
- 参与项目概算与年度预算统筹，结合业务数据定期对概算、预实（预算与实际）数据做业务侧分析。
- 指标监控：整理服务业务数据，用 Excel / Power BI 搭建并维护看板，跟踪核心指标、输出分析结论。
- 业务计划管理（Planning）：协助制定年度或季度业务计划，完成目标拆解与执行跟踪，定期复盘偏差并推动纠偏。
- 经营分析与协同：输出月度经营分析报告与汇报 PPT，组织经营分析会及相关会议，推动行动项闭环。
- 其他领导交办任务
- 学历背景：本科及以上学历。
- 专业方向：财经类（会计学、财务管理、金融学、经济学）、国际贸易、国际商务、统计学或数据科学、管理科学与工程等相关专业优先。
- 工作经验：应届毕业生，或毕业 2 年内、有相关实习或工作经验的候选人；有财务分析（FP&A）、经营分析、运营分析、管理咨询、数据分析等实习经历者优先。
- 办公技能：熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，能独立使用 Power BI 完成数据建模与可视化看板优先。
- 语言能力：中英文口语与书面表达流利，能以英语作为日常工作语言。
- 综合素质：逻辑清晰、对数字敏感、注重细节；具备跨文化沟通意识与主动推动力，能在多任务和截止日期压力下保证交付质量。
- 加分项：掌握第二外语（如西班牙语、葡萄牙语、阿拉伯语）。
- 能适应双语办公环境，耐心，细心，有较强沟通能力、协调能力和逻辑思维能力，能适应多时区办公文化。
- 有自主学习、主动思考和行动的能力。
